TDA has been named a NorthCoast 99 winner for the 15th year in a row!

Founded by the Employers Resource Council (ERC), the 28th annual invitation-only celebration is widely regarded as one of Northeast Ohio’s best business events of the year that honors 99 top talent workplaces. This year’s theme was “Top of the Charts: Workplaces That Rock,” complete with a live performance throughout the evening by the Jimmy Jack Band and a special solo act by local guitarist Max Stakolich.

ERC President & CEO Kelly Keefe explained, “Just like great bands, exceptional workplaces aren’t built overnight. They’re carefully brought together over time, combining people with different talents, perspectives, and strengths while creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to contribute.”

TDA team members attended the awards ceremony from various specialties, including architecture, interior design, computer animation, and communications.

The ERC works with leaders and HR professionals to solve complex workplace challenges, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support. The NorthCoast 99 awards acknowledge organizations that prioritize positive organizational culture, policies that align with the company’s mission, work-life balance, staff growth, and overall employee satisfaction.
