Design Highlights & Challenges:
- Built in 1818, it is the oldest two-story house in the Orrville area
- Successfully restored the exterior to its former beauty, maintaining its farmhouse charm
- Completed an adaptive reuse of the interior, transforming the space to be used as a small classroom or rented as a meeting room
- Historical details have been preserved and modern conveniences, such as a kitchenette, a handicapped accessible bathroom and central heat/air were added
