Scope: New Olympic-sized competition pool building (Scheduled for completion in late 2010)
Design Highlights & Challenges:
- Includes plans for two more buildings, which will be connected to the entire complex with an indoor walkway
- First building is slated to contain an Olympic-sized competition pool, as well as a rehabilitation and recreation pool
- Other structure is designed as an office building for area sports medicine professionals wishing to relocate their practices in the GaREAT Complex
