Scope: 215,000 SF Indoor Fields & Courts Building
Design Highlights & Challenges:
- One synthetic turf field that can be used as a full-size soccer, lacrosse, football, baseball, softball, field hockey and rugby field or can be divided into smaller training areas
- One-of-a-kind, multipurpose court surface that delivers enhanced training and competition advantages on up to 12 volleyball courts, 6 basketball courts, 9 tennis courts or 6 futsal courts and for a variety of gymnastics and mat sports
- 10 multipurpose suites overlook the outdoor stadium for use as hospitality suite, team rooms, press boxes or conference rooms
- Climate controlled mezzanine and bleacher seating, locker rooms, Time Out Cafe concessions and Field of Beans coffee/snack shop
- Preliminary fitness center and sports therapy/orthopedics offices
