• Worked with the Board to develop a district-wide masterplan
• Reviewed over a dozen possible construction scenarios and initiated a consensus-building effort to elicit community response and input
• Final plan included:
  • Additions and renovations to all buildings
  • New middle & high school lockers
  • New middle school elevator
  • Second floor elementary addition
  • ADA accessibility improvements
  • Completed $500,000 under budget and ahead of schedule
