Scope: 135,000 New SF / 1,170 students / $21.5 million (co-funded by the OSFC)

Design Highlights & Challenges:

• 40 elementary classrooms and 12 PK / kindergarten classrooms
• Pursuing LEED silver certification
• Designing short-wing strategy to lessen “institutional feel” of corridors and a large public circulation spine to assimilate public spaces (dining room, gym, lobbies, etc.)
