TDA & the ACE Mentor Program2/9/2010For the second year, TDA is taking part in the ACE Mentor Program of Cleveland. Just one of two Cleveland-area architectural firms invited to participate; our team of six dedicated mentors provides invaluable support to 20 high school juniors enrolled in this exciting program! The national ACE program was founded in 1995 as an innovative way to attract students, particularly minorities, women, and the less privileged, into the fields of architecture, construction and engineering. Beginning in 2008 with a group of 10 mentors and 20 eager students, the Cleveland affiliate has had tremendous success and expects to reach more than 100 students at three schools through 2010.
