LEED

As a standard practice, our clients request projects which incorporate sustainable design elements – and we explore many options. In an effort to be sensitive to building efficiencies and environmental concerns, TDA emphasizes strategies which are calculated by an accepted benchmark for design, construction, and operation for high performance green buildings. LEED provides a roadmap for measuring and documenting success for every building type and phase of a building lifecycle by resolving much of the negative impact of buildings on their occupants and on the environment.

TDA has the knowledge and experience to certify a building to the level desired, while still being conscience of additional construction costs. Over a third of our staff is LEED certified. There are also multiple building-related environmental issues that must be considered in the planning process. Our LEED APs manage the architectural design intent of those projects pursuing LEED certification and/or the incorporation of sustainable design features.
