In order to explain what TDA is all about, maybe it’s easier to explain what TDA is not.
We do not believe in closed doors, long titles, corporate jargon, working alone or rushing through a project.
Instead, we believe in open office environments, asking to be referred to by our first names, honesty, team brainstorm sessions and getting to know you better by sitting down together with a cup of coffee or a scoop of ice cream (please say ice cream).
Relationships are our number one priority. We realize that great design is about getting to know you and creating a space that reflects your personality and needs.
No matter how large a project, our biggest successes transpire when our clients return and our teammates stay and grow with us. Through decades in the industry, we have found that thinking of others before ourselves, whether it is creating a design for a client or interacting within our team, is the secret to our success.
